i just asked for the best injury lawyers- not opinions
try not being able to walk properly for the rest of your life, having hyper sensitivity maybe for life, not being able to wash or bathe.. having to get taxis, buses going to practise nurse 3 times a week due to an infection and trying to study for your last year of university. try being in hospital for a week not being able to move. i am not suing the NHS they do a great job. Its the AU at my university for offering no support. I am just wanting some legal advice - i might not even go through with it
Would your university not allow you to repeat your year or something? It sounds like (with medical notes obviously) you have very strong extenuating circumstances. I'd imagine a progress committee would have no issue with it should you need to repeat the year- heck if it's that bad they may even write off your entire year.
If you're infected I'm guessing it's a staph infestation, in which case to be fair, being tired is a severe understatement.
