So I ordered a Monitor from a certain rainforest themed shop and all is well except one thing. They stated on their website that it had a three year manufacturers warranty but the warranty card that came with it says it only has a 2 year warranty.
Anyway, the thread isnt about that. Its more about the hilariously bad, poorly written reply I got back:

I think it is disgraceful that a company can get away with writing such poorly written nonsense back to their customers.
