As nicely as possible just explain to the walking ball ache what you expect, and that if she is'nt feeling the same that you don't mind being a friend but your not going to be her *****

So from the timescale you mention, there was something going on between you 2 for months while she was still with the ex?
 
You sure the time after her friend left and you were chatting she didn't want you to smash her pasty, but you've puffed out and not done it so she thinks your flag is clearly planted in the friend zone?
 
Spoken to her today, turns out there is a lot more to it than just that, the friend who came over had just come from hospital where her boyfriend is in intensive care.

That coupled with her course work which is due in thursday and her recent split from her ex, split was 6 weeks ago but they had been on and off for some time, they werent togeather when i first met her and only got back togeather again around january/feb.

Anyway decided im going to keep my options open and see if anything happens, if not then back to the fishing game.
 
You're a glutton for punishment if you're going to allow her to maintain the current status quo.

If she wanted to be with you, she would be with you. If she doesn't, she won't. There's no inbetween, although I can appreciate her head may be a bit messed at the moment, which in any case you're better off leaving her to it. Wave goodbye and go fawn over someone else.

Smash her, she is not looking for a relationship just a pumping.
 
Broken up with her ex for only 6 weeks? What she wants from you is to feel wanted by a male but without having to get involved emotionally. You're basically her support crutch which is fine if you just want to help her get her head sorted out but not so fine if you want to do some downstairs plumbing projects.

Ask her straight up what she wants and make your choice. Good luck.

She told you to get stuff for the night, you had drinks and seemingly a couple of hours to make a move and you never did. So she changed her mind.

Don't blame her, blame yourself for not making a move earlier.
 
I hate reading stuff like this because I know I am going through something similar, but hey, I'm a tit and am happy to spend time with, plus she knows I want to smash her pasty all the time ;)
