High Blood Colesterol @ 20

anyone got any tips people who suffer from this also

im 20 so you probably are thinking wtf but the doctor sais its more than likely genetic.

what can i do to reduce this i had a 5.7 or something i should be around 4

i admit my diet sucks

What do you normally eat? Look at it this way, if your diet sucks at the moment, it should be quite easy to correct the problem by changing to more sensible eating. Healthy food can taste nice, it just takes a bit more effort sometimes when preparing it.

no my old diet sucked now it semi-sucks like ill eat well and then ill like have some bacon or something and screw it up :/
