Why would somone get rid of one of these after 2.5K?

Unless it had been ragged royally from 0-2500 miles?

Because they couldnt afford it or it got repossesed, a whole host of reasons, used to happen all the time when I worked at a main dealer

Ah ok.

Its just such a short distance, especially as whenever you have a new car you do more driving in it automatically a) to run it in and b) becuase its a new toy.

The one and only previous owner of my S did 2,000 miles in.....4 years. Win win for me but some people have cars for fun/weekends and never use them.

Atm no major plans, potentially get the Rage alloys and the alloy fuel cap thats about it - I agree about the stereo but they wont and don't fit the Nav any more

Ah I c - I personally don't understand the Golf thing - the Civic is different but not worse imo - and about a mile ahead of the likes of Fords cheap nasty feel

LOL, you fail at justifying the Civic's interior. By all means, the Ford interiors do not set worlds on fire, but there is no way you can claim they are cheap and nasty.

Bits wobbled when you touch them - case in point the ill fitting glove box - 100% put me off!
