Hi I got scammed from a company after giving them my bank details over the phone (yes I know stupid) anyway was for the sum of £29.99 and they took another £29.99 at a later date around a week apart, I got told no money would be taken out but still stupidly gave them my bank card details!!! And yep they took money out. Anyway I cancelled my card phoned my bank and reported fraud, I have some sort of extra protection I pay extra for, anyway the man said as I gave them my card details it was kind of my fault but I explained it was taken without consent well I won the case and they the bank refunded me the full amount.

Sorry for the life story!!!

My question is; after looking on Google the company are a total scam and are well known to do this and just keep taking money, seeing as I have a new card can they still take money out? They have my account and sort code, can they do anything with this?

Yeah, I found that strange as well.


He had "Zero" ratings when I bought the CPU and when I started to complain about it, I noticed he than managed to get one trust rating. He probably done that to make himself look more legit.
