i can still cancel it, why have i made a mistake? i wanna get out of my rubbish dead end job and do something i wanna do and earn more money this seems to be the only way??

I was just wondering if you could be a little more specific as people might be able to advise a good path to take. Saying you want to work in a field you would enjoy working is a little vague.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years say? Self emplyed fixing computers?, engineer in a company? etc...

urmmm well, i cant really be specific as i dont really mind as long as im working in a computer! I still live with my mum (21 years old)and i dont earn enough money to move out. so my main aim atm is to earn enough money to move out, learn to drive and get a mortgage etc.. and i dont think ill be able to do this without any qualifications. And like i said i want to enjoy my job instead of waking up knowing im stuck in this crappy dead end job that i see no way out of.
 
I did the A+ course a few years back and its quite easy entry level certification i believe. If your motivated enough i would suggest buying a few books reading up and then book the exam when you can confidently pass the practice exams first try. Also depending on your age i would look into the Zenos Academy i went with them was pretty good.
