There is a balance between everyone moaning about killstreaks and getting killstreaks.

You play in a party so you'r killstreaks should be set up in favour of eachother e.g. 2 players have UAV, 2 players have CP...etc etc. If (in MW2 anyway) everyone runs around with harriers and Pavelow then they end up queing which I think is pointless better off varying up KS if you play in a team.

Good point, but i dont get killstreaks, i die too often ;)

we tend not to have to bother with UAV/Counter/CP as Soulja uses CP and gets constant UAV/CUAV's leaving the rest of us free to go ape! (Which he just loves :D) If we were losing a lot it might be worth looking at but as we tend to win most of the time it just seems unnecessary ;)
 
i can see why theres a lot of negativity about the sr71 but i was just thinking, are we sure that when some one gets the sr71 the whole of their team can see the enemy/direction? maybe its just the person who acquires the sr71 gets to see the enemies directions and not whole team, because its a harder higher kill streak reward i think it just favours them(like ac130/choppagunner), unlike easy lower kill streak rewards like uav that favour the whole team.

if this is the case then its not too bad

that would be awesome... but im pretty sure its just a blip on the map with sounds (gunfire, maybe???)

and today i saw how big that personal camera is!!! (think small car)

bah humbug... was looking forward to it.

The camera spike? Looks like it's going to be pretty hard to conceal, should still be fun though!
 
The way I read it was that all three versions will be getting dedicated servers but only one provider for all of them. :) Not a big deal for the consoles though, just the PC guys who want a choice of which provider to go for with the best deals and acess.
 
Some info on the ballistic knife and knifing in general:
First off, don’t think the Ballistic Knife and Tomahawk work the same. The knife is faster and more accurate. Aim for the head and you’ll hit the head. Be sure to land a hit, because you only get two shots. You’re going to have to perfect its shooting ability, too – running around and knifing people may be satisfying and a sure way to get under someone’s skin, but you earn a lot less points for melee kills.

So what, MW2 was £45 on release. No one paid that unless they didn't care. No one will pay it this time around either. Everyone will be picking it up for £32 or less.

Exactly, everyone bothered about the price will spend the time it takes finding it for under £35.
RRP's are always generally in the £40 - £50 region so why should Activision be any different?

In fact, a 30 second search and I've already found it for £37.

some of the supermarkets will run a release day deal anyway, the fairmanator got his MW2 for £25 or something on release
