It's LucasArts week on Steam!

I thought BF2 was pretty average although good enough to play through to completion. Certainly a lot better than the original. Probably it's biggest weakness is that the quality of levels is a bit erratic.

I loved Battlefront II, played it mostly on Playstation 2 though, see what it's like on PC I guess. I thought it was a great game.

I finished installing KOTOR earlier today, must be the worst game I've played alongside Runescape (Don't judge, I was young and naive) I'm just not a fan of these Hit in turn games, doesn't do it for me.

I think Gears of War would be more to your liking, it seems RPGs don't mesh with your action craving :p

BUY ONE OF THE BEST RPGS OF ALL TIME

NOT ENOUGH ACTION

Which motherboard? I'm using an Nvidia chipset with integrated audio and it works fine in Battlefront (and indeed every other game).

Asus M4N98TD EVO NF 980a SLI.. Every other game works fine just this one crashes to desktop when you click tutorial or start a game.. All the intro movies play ok.

I take it the game's patched already and that you've checked the readme file with the game? Also, what OS?

You might want to try checking your audio devices in Control Panel (decreasing the level of hardware acceleration might help stability).

If that doesn't work, you might want to try posting on Lucasarts' Tech Support forum here: http://forums.lucasarts.com/forum.jspa?forumID=69

Did you just troll me? :C

But yeah, I'm not of the fan of the entire, shoot and let them shoot me back thing, I like full control over my characters and RPG's just don't satisfy my thirst for blood, pain and plundering. However, I shall give Gears of War a try, thanks! :)

Anybody else not able to get KOTOR playing (windows 7, ATI 5870, onboard sound)
It either opens up to the menu screen and wont let me choose any options or gets past the Lucas arts screen and minimises and wont return
