your point about road tax is rubbish because i doubt that estates roads are paid for by the government. it will be the residents (that guy) who pay for the roads if its anything like the similar estates around here.

Any point about road tax is rubbish, there is no such thing as road tax it was abolished in 1936.

Unadopted roads are the responsibility of the residents, you can still legally use them however. Private Roads when used for access are also perfectly legal to use.

Its not, why dont you quit presuming things, quote facts then realise these facts tell you the truth.

I am not actually banned, I cannot go in there but only because I knew that raging in there due to my car and photography not being the best in the world would only lead to a forum wide permaban and therefore I asked an admin to revoke my Motors access. Whilst this can be a pain, info is only a logout and google meta search away, and plenty of other motor specific forums are just as good without the cliquey bull ****. xx

I've cycled on that road! I explored the area as a child when I learnt about the Plym Valley trail.

I'm not sure how anyone could go looking at houses after midnight, it's not like you can see a lot? The angry resident was way OTT too though.

No, it looks like it still has public access and therefore is still covered under the RTA and therefore your insurance.

Thing is everything in this thread I posted is true and happened. I hear fox actually lives on that estate, so he can feel free to go and ask rambo if he chased me in his X5. Then again, being a bmw driver they probably know each other more well than the average neighbour anyway!
