Amen to that, I wouldn't mind a gf, but I am not ready to get married yet. If I did i wouldn't be able to spend MY money on things like cameras, lenses, piano, computers, clothes. In exchange i would be buying clothes for her....hmmm may be

Don't see how anyone can say it was justified without knowing what she actually said to him. For all we know she was giving him a bit of light hearted stick, and because he probably is insecure about the fact he is 30 and single he lashed out like an inconsiderate ****.

How do you know her marriage didn't fail because her husband cheated on her? Or that the next guy in her life also messed her around? People can have bad luck with guys through no fault of their own..

The fact you aren't revealing exactly what she said suggests to me you were out of order and to be honest, from reading your posts you seem like a bit of a clown anyway.

She might have just been emphasising you being single because she hoped for a bit of action, but if she was just being smug it's justified and pretty much check mate hence the tears.
