In all seriousness though, it's got to end up taking longer to type like that, unless when he thinks of the work he thinks "c", because to be honest I can type nearly as fast as I'm thinking it, there really is no time saved in typing like that unless you're really new to computers, but even then there's no reason to stop yourself being able to type more quickly as you get used to it. It was just about acceptable before T9 predictive texts and when people needed to keep character counts down for texts... but nowadays there's really no point in my opinion, and that's coming from a 15 year old
