I've been going to the gym for 4-5 weeks now doing something along the lines of:
I've probably put on 5lbs in the last month. Some of it I'm sure is due to a couple of BBQ's and parties. Will my weight reduce as I start to get into weights more or will my weight increase?

I've been going to the gym for 4-5 weeks now doing something along the lines of:
- 6 min jog to the gym
- 15 - 20 mins CV work (bike, running, elliptical)
- 30 mins of machine weights (10 reps on each machine, full body workout)
- 6 min jog home (sometimes I walk if I'm really tired)
