Yeah we can do private, although the most players we seem to get from OcUK at a time is 3, which is not too much fun, so I open the games to public.

p.s. Anyone up for a race after tomorrow's Grand Prix?

I'm new to this forum, couldn't resist registring after seeing you're great enthusiasm towards this game ,, I'm loving it btw:D

would love to see everyone times and try to beat them, I think I've done a descent lap in spa 1:38 something .. using a G27

online in just spot on in this game, no lag whatsoever, so looking forward in meeting you guys on track.
 
Any interest in a race after the F1 finishes today? Say around 3:30 pm?

A 4 race (3 lap) championship, or maybe 10-20% distance on a single track (Maybe Singapore)?

how about 30 or 40% ? singapore including qualifiers

I get a funny feeling that some of these bugs dont appear the longer (and more realistic) the race is - could be wrong though :D

Wont be able to play until about 5.15pm though working :(

At the moment for me if CM reveal the fake ai in races then the ONLY thing that would make me want to keep this game is online championships but problem with them is that not a lot of ppl play them and the results screen doesnt come up so you dont know who won lol.

Bit later than I was thinking but I would be up for it. Not sure on qualifiers, depends how many of us are up for it to be honest.

So far there is 2 of us :)

Yeah and its only 1 track so its much easier for people to get good at the track.

If it takes off we could record all the results here and same again for the next F1 race in Japan i think. :)

Also need to agree on the simulation and race settings? e.g. full damage and collisions, fuel and tyres? One good thing about a longer race is if you lose your front wing or get a puncture you can pit and possibly still win the race.

Not used Fuel simulation before How does that work, bering in mind this season cars are not allowed to refuel? Will it give us not enough fuel to finish and we have to manage it in race? By tyres do you mean mandatory pit stop ala real races?

Dunno how viable recording would be, but we could try that.

Yep its a shame not many are interested - has the potential to be E P I C.

No idea on the fuel simulation actually :D :o

Yeah tyres so you have to pit.

I would love it if they could patch in the times at the middle bottom of the screen same as it is for real F1. If not for career then at least for online races because you do get times between cars for online races.
 
think i might concentrate on career divaboy - would love to do a proper 20 or 30% online race if there are enough ppl interested :) (which seems unlikely)

I left as you blocked the ABS which I use.

I have created a new 3 lap championship.

Last 4 races of season, 3 laps each, light rain, all assists.

In fact... do we have a PS3 racers club? Pretty much all I use it for with my G25.
