Is this the same Crucial 256GB SSD as the 400+ version?

Ive seen this for a very low price and its from the actual manufacturer's website but i dont know much about crucial drives........ is this the same exact model which is sold for 400 pounds+ on google shopping?

i dont get why its cheaper

Think ive found the reason, its the version which 'only' (sarcasm) does 250MB/s read and 200MB/s write speed.
