Do you blame your parents for anything in your life?

Damn, everyone has parent issues! My parents are still together after 23 years (I'm 19), so I've had a pretty stable lifestyle. Both my parents aren't very social, which I guess is why I'm not, but I don't care about it that much, so its all alright.

My parents didn't really support me through my A-Levels due to having to focus on my brother due to an illness - not really their fault but they could have spent more than two sentences a day on me. In later years my mum's mentioned she feels guilty about it, but I always say there was never an issue because I don't want them feeling guilty.

On the whole though they're great.

Exactly the same, except i'm 20 and they have been married 22 years.

Couldn't fault them if I tried, even if i do try they were right anyways

You know I can't really remember any of the games for it really. I'll have to use the power of t'internet to refresh my memory!
Been a bit harsh on my parents though, they took the advice of computer shop guy, "Those Spectrum's will never get any where, what you want is one these Oric's"!
Initially I was disappointed as all my mates had Speccy's. But, all they did was play games, whilst I typed in reams of BASIC programs from magazines. Couldn't imagine doing that on the Spectrum keyboard for long, what with the spongy and dedicated keys and all.
So, from a parents point of view I did learn to type and a bit of BASIC knowledge.
