How on earth is circumcision legal?

LOL didn't take long for the usual bigots to start spouting their usual anti-religion bile.

These days we're spoilt with the number of times we are able to bathe, but in the olden days it wasn't always that easy to find water or to carry enough with you in hot, dry countries to wash your knob.

So it's bigoted to say that religions are backwards because they mutilate babies for centuries old and outdated reasons?

That would be like saying some religions are backwards for basing their dietary beliefs on levels of hygiene and animal rearing from over a thousand years ago....

So hygiene has moved with the times and religion hasn't?

Some people have their twig and berries pierced.

If people want to go for the Kojak look be it for medical reasons or otherwise then why not ?

people who get piercings consent to it.

Based on your logic you would find it acceptable for a parent to have their baby's body pierced?
