Euro Millions next week!!!

I wouldn't tell anyone that I had won, and just slowly spend my winnings treating my family & friends to things. Like buying a round or two on a night out.

Basically the same, i wouldn't want to flaunt my wealth too much, too many people would want to be your "closest friend".

I'd Buy a nice house for each of my family members who aren't sorted with one for themselves, perhaps with a couple of extra thing's here and there.

Since i'm a lazy ****er i'd hire a good personal trainer to help motivate me to get that killer body i've always wanted.

If my numbers came up & I won the jackpot but so did someone else's so I had to share the £120 million.
I think I would be ****ed off having to lose half of it.
But as I don't play it's not going to happen & even if I did play it still would not happen :P

I think that this might be one of the most irrelevant things ever muttered on this forum, im quite impressed actually.

You'll be able to tell if I win next week ... the headline will be:

"120 Million People across Europe Win EuroMillions"

Yes, the only way I'd win is if the amount to be won was less than the cost of the ticket ... that's the sort of luck I have ... :(

What kind of realistic interest could you get a month with £113mill? Or do big figures like than get quarterly interest?

No idea ... and I can't say I'd really care to be honest .... I'm 35 and am in ok, but not great, health. If I'm lucky I'll be around for another 40 years at the outside .... I think I could get by on ~3 Million a year until then even without any interest ... ;)

I had the email this morning.. "The national lottery has some good news about your ticket"
I'd be lying if I didn't think "Is this the one"

It wasn't..

£6.30 :(

It's not really a question of 'interest' since you wouldn't really just leave it in the bank; you'd have it in various stock markets and funds, bonds, property and possibly such things as art.

It would be variable, but I'd want to average around 20% a year at least. Most good funds don't even charge a management fee unless they return more than 17%.

^ It's an "I Have A Small Penis"-mobile, nice.

I'd say it's more of a "I'm travelling the world in style, probably humping underwear models off the coast of Hawaii etc etc" - mobile.... If that meant having to have a small penis, as long as it's not really really small... I'd take it! lol

I'd have the majority in the bank though.

i thought you'd only get something like .1% a month from it? Admittedly I know nothing about interest rates on such large sums of money though.

Why? You'd only be insured for about £50k worth of it and you'd be making no return on it, in fact the overall value would be decreasing against inflation.

You vary your investments and include some defensive strategies, ensuring various levels of risk that average out to a level you are comfortable with.

Argh don't say things like that. It makes me worry about how I'm going to handle my winnings on Friday :(
