Guy does it to another guy..
During which 3rd guy freaks out and says it is real and not training grenade.
Guy holding it walks freaking out to a safe place to throw it..

even assuming it was real they've got 4-6 seconds from whenever they let it go so tbh I'd throw it at you as you ran away an try an smack you on the head with it, if it's real well then that's a plus in everyone's books.
