****OFFICAL MOH 2010 (Medal of Honor) THREAD****

Personally i'm loving this. Makes a change from BC2 just being able to jump in and go mad, without all the over-complicated and convoluted crap in the shape of perks and such in MW2.

Day 1 purchase for me.
 
Just tried it out, but seem to have input issues? In menu, the cursor's always scanning up choices without me doing anything. Then when you get in-game I can't stop running forwards!

Any ideas what's up?
 
lol it is that seen it on forums today :p

reason mapsare small is cause its close combat. why run a mile if u dont have to. each game caters for something. this is run and gun quick action. if your on somekind of voice chat system ts vent mumble its easy to to sort out whos where and so on.

As is the game, nothing but a campfest with stupidly overpowered and ranged assault rifles. Its like babys first shooter with everything dumbed down so kills are incredibly easy to get with spray and pray tactics.

This total and utter TURD has had the grace of being on my hard drive long enough, time to send it to the bin where it belongs.

Theres no recoil none of that **** its just to easy the graphics are fail too.

If the graphics were atleast somewhat better.

Personaly I think Modernwarfare was better.


Its like modern warfare 1 + battlefield graphics in areas.

Then dumbed down with a bit of Quake texture mapping lmao.
 
A lot of people are saying the same thing, and I think it has some merit. Clearly some of these people can play with stats like 40/1 and still don't like the game.

The points they are making are pretty valid. Liking a game has no correlation with skill...

I like some aspects of the game, I can see it being good for smaller clan games and such. But as a public game I think its lacking a lot.
 
Why is everyone so up in arms about the fact that it's run and gun quick action? Medal Of Honor was never realistic, never claimed to be realistic and this is no different.

If the gun mechanics were a little more challenging, e.g. recoil, barrel sway etc were a little more full on then an element of skill and control would be apparent.

As it is I feel its just point and shoot.

I wasn't the biggest fan of COD MW2 but MW1 was ok.
 
what i dont get its about same as promod on cod 4 reg is brilliant on shots hit boxes are sweet recoil is less but you arnt firing at 1 miles distances of bfbc2 :confused:

what people are confusing is there putting this game in the wrong pile.

its closer to call of duty 4 or mw1 and if you play promod it will end up like that very close and competitive and fast action.

its not meant to be bfbc2 why would it be ? they have bfbc2 they have made something in between cod to have a place a game to sell . if your getting monster scores in pub great most likely your a competitive player already and you know where the real action or better skilled games will be anyway. this is where the game will be very good.

call off duty 4 had bigger maps although this is beta, the release game may have bigger maps and I'm thinking it should, I'm going to wait this out and judge it later to see if its my cup off tea, the beta did not grab my attention at the moment so have cancelled my pre order.
