They all seem to do this. Mine has given up of late. Sad thing is, I'll probably kick myself a few years down the line.

I just wish he ran a different business, if he was selling cars like Mark I would be there in a nano second.

p.s. father and son businesses can really help build some great relationships with one another, exactly what has happened with me and me old man after becoming business partners earlier this year, i'm sure this will be a similar situation and hopefully will give your son some drive:)
 
You might have it already but i'd suggest to look at investing some money in a good selection of detailing products, machine polisher and some wet and dry sand paper. I've added hundreds of pounds to friends and families cars over the years. Plus it'll give your lad something to keep him busy!

I cant tell you how much i hope it works out that way.

Krowzer, im going to have a think about the cleaning aspect of this, if i buy something that warrants a detail, i will try and arrange a decent regular rate with the fella that did my daughters paint the other day.

Or

Dan the man me son goes on one of those courses and learns how to do it.

Anyway look at this 8.30 and he is up chomping at the bit!

There is a bit more to doing this properly than doing a few cars in and out, me son has been on the phone all morning, very industrious :)

I shall photograph the first sale :) We have decided to go with "Kimberley Cars" by the way, after my daughter and the diamonds :)

Sounds like a good idea Mark, I'd love to get involved with something like this oneday!

You should have a new thread with any 'interesting' stock that comes up. £10k-£20k' and mildy interesting is OCUK all over and you might even end up selling us all cars!
 
I wont be doing it, if it was one of my own cars it would be different, but not stuff just bought to sell.

I like this forum i wouldnt want any bad feeling to be honest.

Its not like doing someone a cheap diamond, you know thats not going wrong, cars are a menace.
