No, he's right, the 'Sportwagon' is the official name for the hatch variant.

You can get a Sportwagon in either Sport trim, with the crap engine, or in WRX trim, etc.

and I haven't found anything on official Subaru pages yet either..

I still suggest it doesn't exist and has just been named that by everyone, a bit like all that "bug eye" "blob eye" "hawk eye" ********

Sadly you wont find anything official now because they dont make that shape currently. So you're just going to have to not believe.

i knew what he meant, he liked the impreza, just like colin used to use... even the most halfwitted person would have guessed he didn't want a actual WRC Rally Car

ps: get the scoob, but spend 2k more than budget and get a hawkeye, my fave and a more refined car, likely to be unmolested, though arguably duller.
