what baffles me, is that its an SE front bumper too!!...its like a mix and match of everything....has the facelift mirrors, lights etc, yet old styles grilles and bonnet yet an M sport rear and interior .....

The facelift car has 2 raised lines which run from the badge on the nose to the windscreen and the rear lights are almost totally red. This car has the none facelift bonnet with no lines but the all red rear lights from the facelift

Yup just looked again and confirmed my first thoughts - it's a facelift car with a prefacelift front end. It's also very cheap, basically don't bother :)

Thats probably a product of your budget. If your budget is £15k and you wish to buy a 2008ish 320d, then all you are going to find are dodgy cars, big miles cars and cars in crap colours.

Seems better but I just can't get excited about the way the pre facelift 3 Series looks. But that one looks like a good example at about what its worth, rather than a true bargain.

I know you've said this before but what is it you don't like? The LCI has 2 lines on the bonnet and red rear lights other than that there is next to no difference.

The front end on the pre LCI is pretty horrible, and the M Sport front bumper is nasty and angular. It's also lit entirely by halogen bulbs (Xenon's excepted but you know what I mean)- we do not live in the 1990's, it's a late model premium car. It should have LED's, for example.
