Steam really isnt that bad, its no longer the days with single core cpu's and limited ram that we need to preserve... Plus steam is a good way to update things
So iv given a go at being Southampton (as per usual) and im impressed! First thing I wanted them to do was make the match game engine the same on the mac as the pc, and it looks awesome now on my mac The replays for goals is also a lot better!
This years free transfer list is awesome too! Just signed Danny ****tu for free to dominate my back line (mods if that needs stars work away) but the agents thing is going to take a bit of getting used to... It also seems getting mental players on free season loans is harder this year (nothing beat having half my team being payed for my prem teams who need to get the players out on the pitch).
There seems to be a LOT more depth to training this time round which pleases me, you can focus on particular areas of a players development, just very surprised to see Chamberlain in our youth team being touted as potential prem quality as all iv seen from him is an enthusiastic but rubbish 16 year old... (and our cb Martin, who I think looks really really good has been touted as average l1, BOOO)
Oh and on my dock it comes up as football manager 2010 weirdly...
Downloaded and playing now, I guess I can write the next few days off in terms of productivity. Interesting bug I found: I offered Rooney a new contract and he signed it??
