Live Enforcement Team, I would like proof of the misconduct on my 13 year old son's part that has led to your labelling him a 'cheater' and resetting his gamer score to 0. He has worked for three years to gain his achievements, spending countless hours doing so. There was no modding or cheating of any kind - in fact he used to tease his friends that cheated to get ahead because he still kicked their butts at Xbox. So before you randomly destroy his online reputation and effectively waste three years of his life, I want a full report on when he supposedly cheated and on which game(s). I have invested thousands of dollars over the past few years on 3 Xbox’s and dozens and dozens of games - so as the paying consumer I would like a straight up account of the events & proof that led to this action. By the way, you have our email address for mass mailings, and promotions and even to bill us for purchases, yet you were unable to email a notification of investigation into supposed improper conduct and subsequent suspension? From a customer service point of view this is a huge gap in your process. I will keep emailing you folks & customer service until I get an honest accounting of why this occurred and why you can randomly destroy a young player's online life with no proof of misconduct, no warning and with no easy path of recourse. My son's gamer tag is: G4m3 W1z4rd, on Thursday October 14th he had 51,000+ gamer score As a paying consumer and parent of a young & very talented gamer I believe you owe us a valid explanation and not just some computer generated bogus form letter response. My son would be more than happy to prove his skill set at Xbox on any game from MW2 to Burnout in an effort to restore his reputation and assert his innocence in this matter – you can contact him online anytime. We await your reply. Please note I will continue this request for an investigation until I am satisfied that it was in fact just and not some random computer algorithm that decided my kid must have cheated.
