This is my 4th re-install since end of august and I still get various unexplained errors and glitches after just a week or so, and all these errors relate to my 60GB OCZ Agility.(numerous disk checks, freezing applications This drive has been performing flawlessly until august when it started acting up...
Firmware updates to 1.5 and then to 1.6, various sanitary erase have not cured the problem.
I am now wondering if a destructive flashing would help or if I should just RMA it. (ssdlife still describe it as excellent even though with moderate everyday use it down to 63% remaining life.)http://online.hddlife.com/ssdlife/7d92edbf67a02ba032cf187db1d12312
your help will be appreciated

Having the same problem with my VERTEX, this is my second VERTEX in a year and a half, it started the other night when the mouse + curser disappeared, when I rebooted the PC I got the CHKDSK, some missing and truncated flies.

I had to use the keyboard to get my files backed up, tried it in another two PC’s today and its totally dead, no life.

Not very happy about this, one, maybe but two HMMMMMM!

Sent it back to Holland RMA, just got the Crucial RealSSD C300 64GB hope this lasts longer :)

Just sent mine on RMA as well...Hope they are able to recover or replace it. In any case, I am starting to be doubtful about all the various tweaks suggested as every firmware update or sanitary erase cuts a big chunk on the ssd remaining life. I am therefore planning to just let windows do its thing when I install the replacement. Thanks for your contribution
