UFC 121: Lesnar vs. Velasquez

lol

I really really hope he loses

He has the worst attitude imo, is never humble or anything... so it makes me really not like him.

GOOOOOOOOO VELASQUEZ

In the victories I've seen, Brock has been fairly decent. Apart from one, and that was because the crowd was booing anyways.

I am biased though, I'm a *massive* Lesnar fan.

Same DA, I admire his enthusiasm and determination in all that he decides to take on.

Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez (for heavyweight title)
Martin Kampmann vs. Jake Shields
Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago
Matt Hamill vs. Tito Ortiz
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Brendan Schaub

I want Cain to take it, but I just can't see it. Although it's MMA, anything can happen.

I read no ufc heavy weight has successfully defended there belt more then 3x ?

Does this mean if brock wins, he pretty much becomes pound for pound best heavy weight ? or isnt he that already, I dont get it....

Can't really say for sure that until you throw Overeem and Fedor into the mix, but yes, he would probably then be the greatest UFC Heavy Weight of all time

I wish Alexander Karelin was younger and training MMA, that man would show Lesnar what a real force of nature is.

The fact that he could pick up men weighing the same and more than Lesnar from the floor whilst they are struggling against it, and then slam them down again is mind blowing, he must have had insane insane strength.

Undefeated in wrestling from 1987-2000, and that's international wrestling, not college wrestling. The last 6 of those years he didn't lose a single point!

Would love to see someone of his wrestling pedigree in the UFC, not that there are many with that sort of wrestling pedigree!

See ESPN Sport Science done a video on Cain they recorded his left hook power highest recorded so far.

Just happens the week before the fight, what a coincidence. Pure hype to sell more ppv.

The main difference i see in the brock and valasques fight is i can see brock being able to finish the fight in 1-2 punches, where is see Cain not being able to do that to brock.

Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez --- Brock Lesnar
Martin Kampmann vs. Jake Shields --- Jake Shields
Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago --- Diego Sanchez
Matt Hamill vs. Tito Ortiz ---- Matt Hamill
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Brendan Schaub ---- Gabriel Gonzaga

Yeah there hyping the fight... usualy stuff though there showing off cains punching power, and even take down powers and speeds which are off the scale.

Really am hyping him up that hes gonna avoid the take downs because thats the only way hes gonna win, but as brocks camp has noted he can get guys in too mimic him but then no one can mimic Brock lesner also.

Anyhow I see the night going well, Gabriels gonna take out Brendan round 1/2, Matts gonna take out tito round 1 or 2, Shields may go the distance and win on points and Cains gonna win the later on rounds while he weather the early storm and win on points:)

He has an intimidating presence thats for sure.

Reason he was so dominant, was he could do this:

Nobody else could pick up someone weighing 285lbs like this.

Currently in talks with strikeforce last I heard, he's wanting a 3 fight contract with them, and for one of those fights to be against Bobby Lashley.
