Speech for mate's 21st party

Well for the most part we aren't the type of guys to bother with formalities and should it be any birthday but a 21st i would probably be buying him x number of drinks where x is his birthday multiplied by about 8; but for once it's a relatively formal occasion so perhaps a top shelfer or strippers wouldn't be too appropriate. Never mind!

if you do give a speech, just make it short, tell people about how long you've known him. Tell a story about when he did something honourable, then tell a funny story about something he did embarassing. Copping off with a fat bird or whatever.
