So you are saying this is incorrect:
??Your legal obligation is to identify the driver, the assumption being that you know who was driving the vehicle at all times. If you cannot be sure, then the Police have the option to prosecute for failing to identify the driver. If there is a genuine reason why you cannot provide this information (and you may have an entirely justifiable explanation), then you should advise the Police accordingly. If there has been no attempt on your part to with–hold information deliberately or negligently, you may have a defence. However, such circumstances are rare and it would be prudent to seek legal advice before returning the Notice of Intended Prosecution

Sounds wide open to me, though 3 times in one week, you would need a mega story to get away with that one!
For a one off you could simply say you were on holiday and left your car keys at home, therefore you can't be at fault, and you can't put forward any possible suspect as it would be impossible for you to know who it was.
However, if there are not many people who contest, the chances are it would be followed up, cctv footage looked at and a positive identification of the driver made, then you'd be done for perverting the course of justice too.
The only options I see are, take all the points and re-take test asap, or let her take 3 points, and you own up to the other 6 (as long as someone owns up, they won't go looking at cctv).
Or, hire the local gangster to wipe your debts clean innit.
It's not that simple but that is the gist of it. Trust me it works. Just got to know the right people/addresses etc.
your insulting me again, email me and come see me somewhere and we'll sort it out in the right way.
until then, rtm it is for you
no mail me and ill tell you and show you everything, no need for net anything. thats your game mate, not mine.
if the op needs my help, im willing to oblige as for you nah i dont think so lol
Look at it on balance! We've got THREE NIPs within the space of a week going to the RK. There isn't a court in this land which wouldn't convict on the offence I quoted in this situation. The CPS would likely see it as a slam-dunk.
She could risk some raised eyebrows and try and share the points (depending how good the imaging is from the SPECS system of course), but that might not be an option depending on the OPs licence and insurance situation!
