Side note, I remember a few seasons a go a Bolton fan on 606 (was driving home from the football and normally listen to whatever evening game there is) trying to convince Alan Green that Elmander was as good as Drogba :D
 
Was watching the Real Madrid game earlier and the commentators were discussing how Mourinho gets his players to work hard. One of the guys came out and said that Drogba at Chelsea wasn't working as hard until Mourinho arrived..... damn right he wasn't, because he didn't even play for them until Mourinho came! :rolleyes:
 
Well were agaisnt blackburn today ive prepared myself to expect worst so i wont be disappointed.

Hope torres can suddenly spring to life as i beleave as soon as we do a convincing win we might turn it around weather that be under roy who knows
 
I think it's time for Grant to go. Apart from that nice cup run at pompey he hasn't got a lot going for him. Bring in Martin O'neill, he's the sort of manager we need.
 
Arsenal really really need a result today. Need to finally finish off some chances, it's as if they're afraid to hit the target vs good teams. Need first goal and then to build on that.

Champions league final?, i would be very suprised if he went to west ham...i would imagine he will wait until hodgson is sacked then go liverpool

He isnt gonna come anywere near us! (i hope) On topic would like to see arsenal win partly as i prefer that team and way they play however city have an inform tevez and Arsenals defence isnt gonna be great today so will be intresting.

Also i wonder if arsenal can not get any more injurys for a change lol

Oh yeah. I'm tired of managers who haven't had a long time in the premiership, ones where there could be a chance that they got lucky. Hodgson and Avram could have got lucky, I really want someone who's been round the block. As much as I'd love Martin O'neill I know the chances of us getting him are very low!

We did well against Chelsea with a weaker team than we'll be playing today, the scoreline of that match did not reflect the play, a lucky Drogba goal, and a thunderbolt from Alex, we could have scored within the first minute or two if it wasn't for Koscielny just heading over the bar. City will not be able to just grind this out, they'll have to play well, if they only play 3 in midfield I think they'll get battered tbh.
