When I do it, I shall be using TRL.
What I will go for is a Stage 1.5 which consist of new turbo elbow (spools turbo 500rpm earlier, thats peak torque at 3000rpm

), downpipe, full exhaust system and new fuel pump. Then a remap. The results vary from car to car, one can expect to hit around 405-415BHP with circa 420-440lb/ft of torque. So its a good 40-50BHP more with upto 80lb/ft more and results in circa 2MPG fuel economy too.
Just gotta get it done, its if I want to lay down £2500 or not and or whether I want to consider getting the conrods done and maybe aiming for 450-500 horses from it.
