Unexpected customer service from ocuk

Ok background story:- on friday I paid via paypal for an ssd and a 2tb hdd and next day dpd delivery, this was dispatched Saturday for delivery on Monday ( yesterday ).

The delivery didn't turn up so day off work wasted!!! I just called ocuk and the polite chap down the phone apologised and as compensation has sent 2 pc games FOC.

Next day deliveries (when ordered late Friday/Sat) almost always arrive on Tuesday.

It baffles me that people take a day off to wait in for a delivery? if you cant get it delivered to work im sure there is a friend or relative that can take the delivery for you elsewhere?

Thankyou, one person not criticising me and agrees with my point.

You lot are so quick to have a go at me, I was merely pointing out what a fantastic service oc give, **** it I won't bother next time.

This forum is full of nasty people so quick to judge and pass judgment, take a look at your selfs your not infallible!

OcUK has definitely improved their service in the last few years - not long ago they went out of their way to ensure a faulty motherboard of mine got replaced, despite a few issues on my end.

Surely that would mean that you should have received the order on Monday then? Just pointing it out..

Never had a problem with Ocuk, great service overall.
