Nolan officially announces Batman 3!

Don't like the idea of Catwoman.

No 3D is good news - Nolan tends to avoid screen tampering as much as possible.

No Depp as Riddler is a bit of a let down in my eyes.
 
It's possible the Riddler may still be in the film, just not in the form that we'd expect i.e. the main villain. He may play a smaller role, but is still featured.

After all, Nolan said "It won't be the Riddler" with regards to who will be the actual villain, which doesn't necessarily mean he won't be in the movie at all - so there is still a chance.:p

definitely a possibility. He's already been in viral advertising when Dark Knight was doing the rounds. So nolan see's him as a possible character in his version of batman.

The Realistic one's for me though are definitly Hush and Selina Kyle, not Cat Women as in the women who runs around in a cat suit like the old comics, Selina Kyle high end thief and lady of fashion like the modern day version. Hush is well, Hush is possibly the best batman villain (mine certainly) aside from the classic joker. and would fit well in Nolan's realisitic take on Batman.

Can't see the penguin being in it personally, Tim Burton done him, and done him very well.
