Vertex 2ebencies look ok?

I may be wrong, but those speeds look a little low. May just be the benchmark programme you're using like the others said though. :confused:
 
Heres an ATTO result alomg with another crystaldiskmark, windows is now running on the drive, it was blank before.

Question... Running Windows in AHCI mode? and is it a clean install (rather than cloned)?
 
I understand that crystal disk uses data that is not highly compress able and atto uses data that is. But does this mean that if you read or write a data like say Xvid or Divx files that are not highly compress able then you get a read of about 200mb/s and a write of about 100mb/s?

Hi... there is a LOT of discussion about this sort of thing over in the OCZ forums, especially relating to the Duraclass drives (IE. Sandforce controller). Might be worth a look if you are interested.

Got my Vertex's today 2 x 60gb in Raid 0

SSD is new to me and all i can say is... WOW !

Out of interest...
What firmware are they coming with now?
(Crystaldiskifo / speedfan can tell you this)

and what are your system specs (just being nosey).
 
Not sure about firmware, installed speedfan and i aint got nothing there i think its because there raided.

my system specs are:

i7 860 @ 4Ghz
ASUS Maximus III Extreme
Corsair Dominator @ 2000Mhz
2x60gb Vertex (raid 0)
2x1tb Samsung f1 (raid 0)
