Got a text from a company not giving there name, saying:

FREEMSG: Our records indicate you may be entitled to 3750 pounds for the accident you had. To claim for free reply with YES to opt out text STOP.

what do you guys think

i suffered whiplash from someone driving into the back of me car while i was stationary at lights. Did go to my doctor with complaints of pain in my neck.

Hmmmm i reckon if you say YES they will then ring ?
Simon what did u do just ignore it ? i remember phoning my insurance company and they said they would be able to get me some compo but i needed to pay to take the legal cover out first.

Had a few client's call me recently asking about this.

So it would seem to be some sort of mass text message scam?

It's definitely not factual anyway, as there is no way a whiplash injury would be valued at anywhere near that sort of money.

Ignore is my advice!
