Many, many moons ago, I got a crossed line. It was a couple having a big bust up. I just listened. He hung up on her and she kept asking him if he was there. I said out loud, but only thinking it really and not expecting her to be able to hear, "He ain't worth it." Well she did hear it. And we got chatting. I was only only just twenty and she was thirty three. Anyway we arranged to meet and we hit it off. She was quite a looker not what I expected. We saw each other for a couple of months and then it sort of died a death. To big an age difference. But boy what an education. I can almost see her now as I write this. Oh, they were the days.
 
I met my wife on a dating site (well whoring site, faceparty :p) Never been happier (although i have to say that as she is reading over my shoulder!) It started off as a casual fling but after a couple of months we soon realised that we had something special. 1 year later I Proposed and the rest is history.
 
had a lot of one nighters, and I think its more of the drink but there has been one occasion where I found myself to be in such a comfortable feeling with her, and the feeling felt mutual.... tried for abit more later didnt work, but It was epic none the less :D
 
Yep! Out on the smash in Santa Barbara on a lads holiday, first night met a girl...

2 years later almost to the day we got married, 2.5 years later living in Californee with her!

In my 'fun' phase though I used to have all sorts of random stuff happen, got asked out by a cute Spanish chick in Sainsburies, would go and talk to girls in coffee shops, restaurants, passing by on the street, trains, buses, I was a right pest lol :D

Met a lovely 19 yr old russian girl in Red Square, Moscow New Years Eve 99-00. Dont know how i did it but i was batting above my average. Visited her in Southern Russia that summer. Nothing ever came of it, but it was fun and unexpected.
 
Met my now-girlfriend on a plane one day, long-haul flight to Beijing and we talked for about 10 hours. Was very tired the next day, jetlag kicked in y0 :p

I say this, it intrigues me on how a stranger can all of a sudden 'maybe' be comfortable with another stranger. I've always thought of the confident type of people having a headstart in this.

I've picked up many random women while drunk but never got married or lasted with any of them. alcohol makes you feel comfortable at the time.
 
Quite a few on POF !

But way before that as well.
Went for a "cruise" In Weston super mud when the front used to be open for free parking.
I rocked up next to a lass and it sort of went "nice car"... "yea yours too"
3 and a bit years later I proposed to her.
What a mistake that turned out to be!
 
Sat in the airport in January this year, fight cancelled and attempting to get on one later that day so sat in the long queue waiting. A girl behind me and I start talking, the rest of the group slowly appear in the queue.

Swedish, definitely seemed happy to chat and we both felt very relaxed around each other. She had to leave to get her plane. The rest of the group sat there saying "We've not even got on the plane and he's pulled!". Pity I didn't ask for her number but that's me.. I'm far too laid back.

Single now. Could have had a swedish girlfriend/wife..
