Damn well this is very (no pun intended) annoying.
I usually have quite good luck with Very/Littlewoods etc. Just can't seem to get the code to work after trying multiple new email addresses and even changing a letter in my postcode.
you get a T-shirt and DVD sized guide from asda but no additional in game content.
Im glad the hardend edition doesnt come with any extra multiplayer maps as i hated it when i purchased WaW after getting fed up with MW2 and tried to play online and got kicked out of most of the games because i didnt have the maps so had little choice but to purchase them.
im not saying they shouldnt release some later on but it shouldnt be as DLC on release as that just smells of 'could have sold the game with it included but we get more money this way' syndrome which could become very common
