Is it sad that when I hear about players and they don't have a picture included in the game I think of them as a gray person with no features

I just tried to buy Dzeko, and was lacking funds a bit. When they decline your offer you can open up a dialogue with the board about extra funding.

I said its the kind of player we need and they said 'leave it to us' and signed him for 23M

It depends on the player, and the club, but I was surprised it worked and its just another brilliant touch to the game!
