Call of Duty: Black Ops

Just been playing some multiplayer, pretty disappointed to be honest, feels just the same as the rest, i think the gfx may be worse though. Thankfully there is a zombie mode so all is not lost. To be fair i thought 5 & 6 were rubbish too.

I'd have to disagree, that's all Iv'e been doing and it works quite well.

Paid £45 at blockbuster last night, couldn't be bothered about paying a little extra as I only had to wait about 10 minutes rather than the hour and a half my mates waited at asda/tesco/gamestation.

By the time I get home and realise if it has been delivered or not their lines will probably be closed. Did you phone or e-mail them? I know it's just a game, but I will probably complain tbh as I was (not unsurprisingly) expecting it to be delivered on the release date.

Yayyyy! got my copy delivered from Littlewoods, on my account it says it will be delivered by 12th Nov, but courier guy just came, he said i just deliverd about 100 copies today and evryone said they were expecting it on 12th nov, but am so happy got it now, will have a go when get free tonight
 
having problems with MP here

i cant connect to Locale or Locale only

if i connect using the default search i get hit with a 1-2 bar from an American host , i hope they sort this as im sure there HAS to be atleast 1 host in the UK lol :D

getting ra***d with 2 bar is not fun ;(
 
Just had a shop around and everywhere local to me is either sold out or they want £43-£45 for it. I was also quite surprised to see it on Blockbuster store shelves pre-owned already for the same price as brand new =/

I'd just walk instore buy one and return the one that comes in the post back to the store, thus saving the returns postage.
 
really... you cannot be serious in saying the graphics are awful? Are you sure you received black ops and not COD1 or 2?

The graphics and atmosphere are excellent and finally online is actually more about gun fights and not about tubes and choppers!!

Loving vet on SP but damn its hard, it seems to be less nade spamming but still rock hard!!
 
Mine isnt here, im not buying games from Tesco ever again.

So my missus has just picked one up whilst shes out food shopping....... from Tesco. God dammit!

Ah well, ill send it back on the grounds of them being useless twits. In the mean time ill get on with SP and maybe risk MP if I think my internet will hold out.

No sure what supermarkets are like for returns? You could always buy from there on your way home then return the next day or so :D
