Is it Apple's faults that TV adverts are so irritating at the moment?

I don't see how you can blame Apple

BUT on the subject of Apple, you should see their explanation videos on the Apple website for the ipad and macbook air, so cringe-worthy, Its so easy to do everything I don't have to change the way I use the ipad, it changes to me, and other stuff like "you don't even have to think about it"

They state the obvious too much but they do make good looking products.

Yes the purpose of advertisements is to make people not want to buy the product, oh wait...

Why are you watching adverts anyway op? How many years have PVR's been commonplace?

Absolutely.

Then there's the horde of shopping websites that fill the results if you try to search for a review of any hardware. That annoys me too.

Adverts were the main reason I stopped watching TV, too.
 
I'm probably in the minority on this forum, but the two adverts used as an example, I actually like (I use "like" loosely, since no-one actually enjoys an advert, really). I don't even like Apple products or Apple as a company. Nor am I a target for a Nissan car. I think the music fits well for both adverts.

It would be interesting to hear your suggestions for better music to fit the examples?

I think if you took into account the general public, you'd find yourself in a minority wanting explosions and loud noises.
