Call of Duty: Black Ops

i think once you get to a good rank and have like ninja and silencers and play on hc modes,then its not who has best gun,its more who has best aim,and who gets the shot off first,at the mo its who has got best gun and who can spray the fastest,oh and who has got host
 
the sounds on mw2 should have sound the same on some guns because it was same gun, like the ak,but on this there totaly diffrent guns, one gun sounds like the mg34 gun from waw and on black ops its the HK21,its just lazyness if you ask me.

I feel your pain, I'm not sure if its an AI glitch, but I've left my single player campaign at that checkpoint. I'm pretty sure your team mates are meant to move down the hill with you.

And also, the end of the mission prior to that one, I found stupidly difficult to pass on veteran difficulty, must've taken easily 40 attempts (so many enemies - which appear to be never ending). Doesn't particularly help with the performance issues affecting smoothness of game play.

is this the mission you run to the barrels full of napalm and push them? thats all did,clear some people out then run to the napalm barrel and push it
 
Can anyone get into a party win mates on this ? PS3...

Also i was saying earlier about my copy not coming from shopto

i Emailed them to complain eariler and I've just got a dispatch email at 02:24 ? whats going on

Loving the game so far, has anyone had a go at the arcade game yet? It's surprisingly good fun once you've exhausted all playing all the other modes.

Anyone know if we can activate the original WaW Nazi Zombie maps with a normal copy of the game yet? I've read it comes with a code bundled in with the hardened etc edition to activate it.
 
heh i feel a bit better reading posts about how veteran is super hard and the enemies have aimbots to your head. When i completed it, i coudlnt work out if i just sucked or if it was in fact really REALLY hard. I have never sworn at my monitor so much in my life...

There are certain sections where i must have reloaded about 20 times before i got to the next check point. very satisfying when u do finally beat it on veteran tho.

thats down to the little ****s that spend the whole session screaming down the mic. when i first started playing (rainbow 6 vegas) i used to love the crack but now it just seems like more and more kids are playing everyday.

******** to the glitchers and noscopers i want the age limit enforced.

i do however feel this game to be a bit cartoony (sorry cant remember who said this) the graphics are deffinately no better than MW2 but good graphics doesn't necessarily mean a good fps.

i still think this game offers far too much advantage with a good connection or a massive disadvantage with a poor connection. my internet wont be getting any faster anytime soon so this is going to be another failed attempt for me....

Yes it is, only I didn't realise you were supposed to do that! He says something about napalm at the start but it wasn't very clear (to me anyway)! I had to look on youtube to discover that you can actually set off the barrels! First time round on regular I didn't even bother. :p Time for another stab at it!

edit: Seriously, **** this! I got killed as soon as the animation finished for the first barrel stab :mad: Does it checkpoint at any point on the way down the hill?
edit2: FINALLY! I reckon that took at least 50 attempts!
