I'm glad there is infinite spawning tbh. Gives it a sense of scale and you can't just sit back and pick everyone off, you need to keep pushing forwards.
Don't think it can be helped. Think its simply to do with the volume of people playing the game at present. It will settle down eventually. Hopefully Treyarch will release patches to ease the situation.
I played online for about 2 hours last night. Is it me, or is this game just MW2 with worse maps and player models?
The graphics are no better than MW2 (in fact in some ways Id say MW2 was better), the whole game has a more 'amateurish' feel to it (the menus for instance dont seem as slick and well laid out as in MW2) and it just doesnt seem to 'feel' like a well put together game.
One thing I have noticed, there seems to be less killstreaks, but I see ****ing stupid RC bomb things every 3 minutes. Seems like a stupid silly little addition to me :/
Anyone completed the game on Veteran on the PS3? I thought I just did but apparently I didn't, honestly this game is ****ed up hardcore. Will I have to re-play the whole campaign on Veteran again or can I just do the selected levels?
You going to be on tonight?
AFAIK Sandy Ravage is a 360 player.
I'd say the maps are much better.
COD has never had great graphics this gen. It's not even HD res. Personally, I prefer the menu layout.
It has fairly low splash damage and you're vulnerable while using it. Seems fairly well balanced. Personally, I prefer the Spy Plane.
Shame he needs to do that on Domination. He got about 2 flag captures. Pretty cheap way of getting kills when people are playing a gametype like that.
about 40 of those kills come from killstreak rewards too.
It's not just host advantage.
Not saying I could do it (!), but I wouldn't do that in domination. Bet he wouldn't have that ration in DM, TDM.
EVERYONE WATCH THIS
I am yet to kill anyone in this game as quickly as he does, this is just PURE host advantage
yep basically I will be on from 2pm ish till 2am ish,

They feel much less atmospheric to me. Ambient effects seem to be missing, some of them seem too colourful, whereas MW2 maps seem to have had a grittier, more realistic feel to them.
Personal preference I guess. See above, they seem less 'gritty'.
Whether well balanced or not, it spoils the game for me when one minute Im engaged in a firefight, then the next Im getting chased aorund Benny Hill style by a poxy remote control car with a flashing light on top. Once in a blue moon I can handle, but in one of the matches I played (15 minutes?) I must have seen about 10-11 of them.
Just to add...the sound effects also dont seem as good. The guns seem to have lost some of the punchiness they used to have. I thik this issue has been raised by someone else in this thread.
Lol duuuuuuude.
I'll be investing some time in this tonight, I managed an hour or 2 last night after picking up it up at lunch time yesterday, loving it so far but it feels a bit dumbed down compared to MW2. We shall see how I feel after more time on it.
Might pick up a set of x11's at lunch today as well.
