I'm a student and get a student loan but it only just covers my rent. All bills/food has to come from me working every holiday I get because my parents don't support me. The 10p tax band getting killed off really stung me.

Nope, the government take money off me rather than the other way around. But from what I've heard about most public sector jobs, I'm happy to stay where I am.

But they do take far too much of it
