No you dont need any friends. You can just start a game and you will be put in with a group of random players.
 
Sorry to be stupid but how do i do that? Xbox 360. Only thing i have done is combat training and thats against AI players i read.

Whenever i have done this it just has like a searching thing in the top corner and never seems to do anything.
Yeah will add you when i get chance to get back on the machine.

Sounds like its looking for a game. Just have a little patience and after a while it will come up with a group of names to your right and those are the guys you will be playing with.
 
Oh for anyone having trouble with their footstep sound coming from behind. The dash update reset sound output to stereo so make sure you've changed that...I hadnt :o
 
Really getting ****ed off with this **** poor ****in ai enemy constant spawn!!! Tried and counted for 49th ****ing god dam time!

At part were im going down some tunnels all close combat, After ive blown up the rocket thing. I clear out the room then try to persue down the what may be last hallway with 85m left and i cannot get past it, Enemys never end i dont have a check point once ive cleared the room before this hallway. (This is on Vet diff)

Im getting to point were i just wanna throw my pad through the TV, MW1/2 on Vet were not this annoying what so ever.

Any tips??

No offence, but you seem to be complaining because the hardest difficulty is too hard...Why don't you just lower the difficulty? Veteran isn't suppose to be easy, and if you are unable to complete it nearly 50 times, then I suggest you have the difficulty too high for your abilities.

Few people have said they have this problem (me included) you have to exit out of the menu and go back in...bit of a pain but hopefully they sort it..
 
I absolutely love Nuketown. That map is excellent for easy kills. I'm liking how the multiplayer is difficult, and there aren't people getting 30+ kills.

The guns have a tad more recoil then I would have liked, and it does take around 7-10 bullets to kill someone, 3/4 with AK74u.

I am enjoying the game, wish there customization with the player cards like there is with the emblems.

A good game, pity about the FPS on the PS3 version, does make it annoying.
 
Its not that its too hard its just im finding the cheap tactic of constant re-spawning enemies rather cheap, MW1/2 i dont re-call having it this bad hence why i did them on Vet. (They were done on X360 doing Black Ops on PS3)

However i have lowered it now to hardened and what a surprise the re-spawning is a lot less, I do enjoy difficult enemies for example Halo Reach currently doing that on legendary that doesnt use cheap constant enemy respawn just makes them tougher i dont get how COD hasnt learn that you can make them tougher instead of lets be lazy and just keep sending more and more.

How are people NOT getting 30+ kills on Nuketown? :confused:

You virtually start in each others pockets and it's constant death :D
