Iv noticed this too, im thinking its just a generic comment as im getting you have the best defence or your passing game is amazing a fair bit...

Would love to be able to turn down the amount of long shots though, very few of my players have gotten any and it seems silly to try all the time (have gotten a fair few fifa style cut backs though which is funny)
 
I'm about 7 Pl games into the season now. Won all 7 and narrowly lost 2-1 at Real Madrid in round 2 of the group stages of the CL.

Well for underwriting the club and stumping up vast amounts for transfers, the rest he is terrible.


Check out the loans and crazy amount of debt this season already! Not even started the Premier League yet! Though he is wanting to leave the club now and there was talk of a take over but that broke down. Hopefully who ever comes in can sort out the clubs infrastructure, training and youth and the stadium are rubbish. If not then I'll be looking for a new team after this season because it's starting to annoy me.

Gah I can't get happy with my tactic. Not keeping enough possession or creating enough chances for my liking, changing the:

I'm never sure about one striker systems, makes it a lot harder to develop your youngsters :(
 
You can offer players remarkably low contracts. Alexis Sanchez came to me asking for a new contract and wanted 80k. I thought :eek: **** that and offered him 35k as a joke and he accepted :D

Went to Sunderland for 23k on mine, then Arsenal after relegation for £17k :p
 
Corrupted save game, year and bit in with Dundee United, was doing awesome, made loads of money last season so I could afford to buy this season (Europe run).

Five save game rolling save! All fricking corrupted!

Yeah well I'm better and more generous than both those clubs. Besides my other winger is on 60k so I'd feel a bit bad not giving him a share of the moolah.


Now I hear you ask, what winger do you have who is on 60k??

Um, me.

I always add myself to the game as a bit of fun, I'm not outstanding or anything but I'm doing ok. However, I did manage to somehow make player me hate manager me after a few less than productive conversations and as such had to offer player me a huge contract to stop me leaving....not my proudest moment :(

OK I've not done an update on my progress for a few days. I secured a back to back promotion with Bury to the Championship after two seasons. My contract was running out but it never gave me a chance to resign. I talked to the board but there wasn't an option to discuss a new contract - Crazy!

Anyway the Peru job came up (ranked 12th in the world) so I took that and I've now got Maradona as my Assistant Manager!!!
