So you have 1 mile to travel
to average it 60mph
If it is 90miles an hour you would finish it in like 45 seconds? which means the average won't be 60mph as because the first mile was 1 min, second mile was 45 seconds.
If you go slower than 90mph to make the second mile last 1 minute then your after speed will be lower than 60mph.
Am I right?
How long does it take to travel your first mile at 30mph?
How much time do you have to travel the two miles if you want to average 60mph over the two mile trip?
Why are people adding time? Time is not a part of the equation. (technically)
Actually 90mph is wrong, my brain is off.
So basically 2 minutes to do 1 mile @ 30mph
to average 60mph over 2 miles you need to complete it within 2 minutes
Thus it is impossible
And you were in a plane...What if your second mile was on a treadmill ?
