Whats your backup card?

X1800XT 256mb. I have a gts 220 I got for physX but I think it may be faulty. Otherwise there's still the onboard on my 790gx motherboard.

Gave my 8800GTS 512 to my mate for his birthday. Had his 9600gt off him though, not a bad little back up card and nice low power usage. :)

My backup is a nvidia 256mb I picked up whern I had to RMA the first 4870 I bought.

Ati 4850 512Mb
BFG 8800GT 512mb
Ati 1950XT 512mb

A pic of my card that i referred to in the OP, the huge copper cooler has warped the PCB over time but it still works great :p

*snip*

I also have one of those cards, needs to be brought back to life. I'll never forget the day it just died out of the blue, that had never happened to me before.

Not an inspiring list at all but fond memories I have to admit:

4670 512mb in backup PC

6600GT PCI-e - used this card for roughly 4 and a half years playing mainly CoDUO, never missed a beat. Still ticking to this day, even after thousands of hours of gaming action. Gave it a home in the old mans PC, couldn't bring myself to sell it :)

Radeon 9600 Pro AGP

Geforce 2 MX 64mb - Failed my A levels because of this card. I'd love to know just how much of my life was wasted on Op Flashpoint and Allied Assault.

I sold a 7300GT last week for 20 quid on an auction site. I'd rather have the pennies than it sit idle in the cupboard.
