Call of Duty: Black Ops

Played for a bit. Seems quite good, only level12 though.

Graphics are a bit bad though. Keep picking at me and seems like something they would stop me playing the game. Yes I'm for Gameplay > Graphics, but at times they are just awful.

Was playing COD4 over the last few days as I waited for Black Ops to come, and in comparison COD4 is definitely better looking.

Will take a solid week until I can make a pure judgment though.

This is one of the things I find annoying with this game, the sheer amount of bullets to drop someone. I noticed it in the preview videos that it took an insane amount of bullets to drop someone.

I guess it balances out though because you take the same amount of shots to die as well.

FFA and TDM you alone comprising of on TDM 5 bots on your team and 6 on the enemy try it on vet and watch the killcams many lols.

I tried this the other night with 6 of us vs 4 vet bots even when I tried to host for the advantage the game switched host to oneshot and gave me a terrible connection, even when oneshot set the bots on recruit they beat me :(. I'm not sure what to do with the game atm.

Will probably wait for patches to see if it gets any better for me if not I'm selling it as the MP is terrible atm unless you camp which I hate doing, as the connection I get gives me a 2 in 10 chance of even getting any kills the way I like to play.

Also the maps are designed for corner, claymore camping again unless you are host which then gives you god like abilities. Bad net code, Bad push to camp MP, Broken lobbies, Nuketown over and over, Terrible spawn system. What exactly is there to like so far?
 
It's 3 years since COD4 came out now, I'm just amazed no one has actually made a better game. Sure the recent ones have more perk and customisation but the gameplay has gone backwards it anything.

I like MP and look forward to HC Mosh pit.

Exactly the same for me, im starting to get a little better but no where near good enough.

finnaly you have seen the light lmao,i feel the same but yet keep playing it.I think i am only playing it because everyone else is,even tho i just sit and get frustrated and end up coming offline pee'd off and feel like i was robbed by treyarch
 
it came up for hcsearch the other day,i was like your joking ,most people get spammed with nade first few seconds,i think i just quit lobby when it came up
 
It would be good if you could choose which game to play and then stick to that game if you know what i mean lol.
 
I'm so bad - I hate camping in BO normally

but I really like camping behind the office desk on Nuketown lol - and switching between their and proning further in - they go for where they remebered you were, and you've switched positons lol

wasn't a fun game but racked up loads of kills :)
 
yeah, just such a good game. Although I guess the creators feel they need to add all this stuff so that people don't feel that they're paying £40 for the same game over and over again.
