What I'm saying is that I got that infraction, then I got banned despite not posting much afterwards, and I can't figure out what "being a smart arse" is about, isn't that the usual response in a debate when one person can't think of anything else to say? My debate with the mod wasn't even called trolling (which it wasn't anyway, I don't see a problem with debating something). "you're wrong, I'm right, leave me alone" says it all I think.

It isn't overzealous, and if you don't get in touch with someone in the proper fashion you have no right to complain.

Yes it is.
They looked at the times, not the date and opted to ban.

Turned out I never said Over zealous.

EDIT : Also, I have viable information in my "Other bump".
EDIT 2 : My "Bumped" I was banned for, wasn't even a bump, it was a question.

I never said there wasn't. And that was 1 Bump (Sorry, question) within 21 hours.
The one I was banned for was after 25 hours.

EDIT : Please highlight these "Multiple bumps" within 24 hours. I see one question, 21 hours after a previous post of my own, that's singular.

Did it state what day and time the bump in question was posted?

I think it is entirely fair to issue a suspension, given that you had at least 2 (from a quick skim through) <24 hour bumps in that thread.

I don't really see your problem. You didn't even contact a mod regarding it at the time, just had a whinge when your suspension expired.

In short, that's enough. Take anything else to email.
 
To be fair, Kyle normally ends up getting banned because people see him as an easy target, wind him up and then let him take the fall. GC is like primary school sometimes.

Although he should stand back and not let himself get drawn into these types of discussions, the people that do it don't seem to take heed of any of the warnings.

There's one, and that was a question, not 2 "bumps" at all. That was made within 21 hours.
You failed to point out the two. I only see one, but hell, I'll go do something productive now.
 
I would just like to add that the suspensions have no warnings or anything.

Sucks as yes, I have read all the rules, know them off by heart by now.

I have been suspended a few times without warning or anything. Does annoy me. But then again, this forum is far from great, just a place to kill time, so hop along to another forum!

No idea why people really get upset after being suspended, you did something wrong, sure you weren't spoon fed why, 9 times out of 10, someone will post back asking you to edit your post as you are breaking the rules.

If anyone else would like their user history then please contact a Don or Admin rather than doing it publicly.

I have ones from 2008 in there so I don't think they are removed :confused:

I imagine if you can't see them you don't have any, I'm at work at the moment so can't post a screenie but they are basically a yellow/red card system.

Red and you're out I imagine, although I have 2 red's and 3 yellows :D

Although that was a few of the Dons being PITA's :D

Sorry I did ask on the last page how to do this but never got an answer but G|mp mentioned its user viewable so was trying to find out how to view them...

Ta though I guess I dont have anything to worry about - now to post some swear words about Vettel/FIFA or something...
