LOL nothing like a bit of arrogance eh Nuts??:p....hopefully and i really hope that RB are nowhere close to the top next season....i mean that in the nicest way possible too:).

Thanks matey ;) Got to see what the insurance people say but, the bodyshop recovery guy reckons because of the damage to the A pillar and it being a vert it would'nt suprise him to see it written off :(

Oh well was getting bored of it anyway!

was it self imposed thing ? or did it come from the factory amid concerns about rival teams getting information (i know you were still covering the diffuser on the last race of the season lol)
 
the f1 cars came home last night we had a jumbo full of f1 cars at ema airport to unload on the dhl ramp, all still sporting bridgestones, i guess Pirelli took all theres back to check over

Yep they are making some tweaks before confirming the final compounds to be used.
 
just thought.

vettel won this year, giving him the number 1 on his car and webber the number 2.

alonso came 2nd but because vettel won he gets the number 3 and massa the number 4.

hamilton came 4th giving him the number 5 and button the number 6.

mclaren have red numbers... making Hamilton next year...

Would Hamilton take Red 5? He knows the significance and I'm not sure if he would want that number.

That insignia belongs to Mansell.
 
Ah, but it goes by constructor's championship (after the driver winner) doesn't it? Hence why the Mercs had 3 & 4, due to being Brawn in a past life, but Button having gone to McLaren.

So McLaren get 3 & 4, Ferrari get 5 & 6. Sorry!
 
I hate to break it to you utajoker and sunama, but in case you hadn't noticed - Vettel was running as 'Red Five' this season.

And I'm pretty sure it was like that all year. So anything about Red Five being the sole property of our Nige is a bit moot....;)

Was our Nige the driver rep on any of the steward panels this year? Just wondering if any GP where our Nige was driver rep also happened to be a GP where Vettel got some kind of punishment. Hungary perhaps? :p
